the new voice mail system ... what's up with this? LOL

OK, this new voice mail system is weird. I love voice mail as much as the next guy, but the new instructions are les intuitive than one would expect, there are no prompts throughout mailbox browsing as before, and, the kicker, a message still registers as new even if you've listened to it a thousand times and even replied! Why was the old, much better, system abandoned? Ok, soapbox rant over.

I myself, like the new system. It's excellent especially when you have tons of messages. The new voicemail makes browsing your messages a whole lot easier!

it will help if you listen to the instructions. do you speak any english? English is not my first language but, I have understood the instructions clearly.

Try it again. listen carefully to the prompts.
